In Adobe, there is one large box where the entire text is laid out and you can simply type normally. You're limited by the individual rectangular boxes for each line or however Foxit decides to read it. The result is that you can't simply type away within that document. When I select Edit Object>All the existing structure of the document (any PDF document) will create a rectangular box around each sentence within the paragraph.
